Cookbook is essential t the Idiot-Proof Diet. Dieters who must stay on the Phase One eating plan longer than the first two weeks will find it helpful. The use of "British English" words, measurements, and ingrediants is a challenge to users. Some ingrediants are not commonly available in our super markets. It would be helpful if the publisher would include conversion charts for measurements, etc. that are not common to USA. It is difficult to know what the authors mean by a punnet of berries, a sachet of jelly, a knob of butter. handsful of oatmeal, a tub of cheese,a splash of oil, a tin of milk, or a glug of cream. Without indicating so, the recipes are helpful for gluten intolerant persons, -Nedra Boyce
