This is a terrific guide for health care workers in long term care settings. This book gives types of scales and screening tools that are useful for the long term care setting. It is a wonderful resource guide and instrument for those who are directing care in long term settings, because it allows one to be aware of useful tools for assessing clients and continuing with compliance. This book also gives information on tools to assist in screening for specific diagnosis and clinical findings.
