…I can see this book being a valuable addition to the library of any anaesthetist who regularly works with a gastrointestinal surgeon. Not only that, but it will also be of value to non-medical anaesthetists, theatre practitioners, nurses and even surgeons. I am honoured to have been asked to be a (very small) part of it.
